surprisingly lovely stay!

i found my 'double room annex' to be quite satisfactory. the parking was readily available and free, a great bonus! the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
the exterior of the building did initially give me pause, as it looks a bit run-down upon arrival. the car park felt a little unsafe due to poor lighting, especially at night. it could definitely benefit from brighter lights for added security.

parking was indeed available on site and included in the stay. there was also a vending machine in the lobby area, a very useful addition. free wifi was accessible throughout the building.

The reception staff were polite and quick during check-in. I didn't wait long at all. they also assisted me with directions to a local shop. the staff responded quickly to my request for extra pillows. They arrived within minutes.

The room had tea and coffee-making facilities, which i certainly used. the television worked well and had a good selection of channels. the ensuite bathroom included fresh towels and soap. All were clean and fully stocked.

The room was clean and was to have been recently updated.
Upon arrival , the initial impression was not great. The exterior looked quite run-down. Inside, some areas showed their age , with noticeable wear and tear that could benefit from refurbishment.

The allocated room was basic but clean. It was close to the airport.
The outside appearance was not appealing though, the grounds seemed unkempt. The exterior looked quite neglected, with overgrown areas and a general lack of maintenance. It gave a poor first impression.
